This was a complete renovation including wall moves. Bellavance Interiors completed the floor plan changes and once that was complete we needed a solid cabinet and countertop plan for kitchen, bathrooms, and a new laundry room. Because this property was going to be used as a rental in downtown York, Maine it needed to have durable products for renters but also be within a certain budget to be profitable for the homeowner.
We selected a natural maple cabinet for the kitchen, maple painted cabinets in the bathrooms and the laundry room to ensure a stable and sturdy wood for renters. We chose a shaker style door and drawer front to keep the traditional coastal theme. We used Calcatta Roma quartz in the kitchen and Statuarrio quartz in the bathrooms and laundry room.
